Winner

The judges said the winner is doing important, impactful work addressing the lack of young people from under-represented backgrounds joining the profession. They felt the organisation’s “bottom up” approach, driven by a personal connection to the cause, is vital if architecture is to achieve its stated goal of becoming more equitable and inclusive.

Eliza Grosvenor,is a Disability activist, amplifier, curator and researcher working in the built environment sector. She is currently Head of Programme for the London Festival of Architecture and part of The DisOrdinary Architecture Project

Nat Barker is an award-winning journalist. He was included on PPA's "30 under 30" list of rising stars in the published media industry in 2020. In 2024, he won best specialist writer' at the BSME Talent Awards.
