What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

How to Buy and Develop Small Sites

Following the success of our first masterclass series on how to become an independent developer, our next course with Rare Space is now open for booking. All pre-registrations received before May 31st will be offered a special early bird price.

Comprising four classes of approximately two hours each, the course is taught by Gus Zogolovitch and will focus on the mix of skills needed to develop small sites from establishing the viability of a project to the art of negotiation.

We will cover how to do a development appraisal; how to identify appropriate land; types of land; debt and equity; how to buy; approaching owners; types of purchase; covenants and costs; types of finance; typical terms; the art of negotiation; what funders want to see; investment memorandum; planning alarm bells and hiring experts to help you.

Each class has a hands-on session featuring a live project when participants will be working in groups of four to five.

The dates are:

Development Appraisal- June 18th, 5pm-7.30pm

Finding Land –  June 26th, 5pm-7.30pm

Raising Finance – July 9th, 5pm-7.30pm

Doing the Deal – July 16th. 5pm-7.30pm

Classes will be held at Wedlake Bell’s offices in the City of London. The ticket price covers all four classes which can be shared between colleagues in the same practice or office but are not available to buy individually.
