Like most architects, Marco believed the best way of bringing about change is through building which is what we were going to thrash out over lunch. Marco sadly died this summer but I think he would have been surprised (and pleased) to see more practices taking an activist stance and using their knowledge to help solve some of society’s big knotty problem such as homelessness.
